Winnie the Pooh Decorations
Winnie the Pooh stories are inspired by a real bear, Winnie who was the mascot of the British Brigade during World War I. After the war Winnie took up residence at the London Zoo. He became a popular attraction and lived there his death in 1934. Winnie was the favorite animal at the London Zoo for Christopher Robin, the son of author A.A. Milne. Christopher Robin called his teddy bear “Pooh” and “Winnie the Pooh”. A.A. Milne wrote stories about the adventures of Christopher Robin and the teddy bear Winnie the Pooh. The characters Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger, Kanga and Roo were also developed from the stuffed animals of Christopher Robin. Winnie-the-Pooh was published October 14th, 1926, Now We are Six in 1927, and The House at Pooh Corner in 1928. The illustrations were created by E. H. Shepard. Disney brought the magic of Pooh to film in 1966. Winnie the Pooh party supplies like paper plates, napkins, and cups are a perfect way to complete a Winnie the Pooh party theme. Party decorations like inflatable, and sticker’s ad to the magic of Pooh. A Winnie the Pooh loot bags tucked in basket can be a centerpiece and double as party prizes.
