Madagascar Party Decorations

Madagascar Party Decorations create an atmosphere to put your guests in the party theme mood.   At home parties can have some of the indoor decorating done the day prior to the event.  Set the table, layout the serving dishes, and arrange the party decorations before time limiting the work needed on the actual party day. No shopping should be done on party day.

A Madagascar themed party, after the now-famous Disney flick, is a great way to turn your party space into a jungle in no time flat, using the right Madagascar Party Supplies. First, gather as much animal print fabric as you can, and drape your space as much as possible. Then, create cardboard palm trees and foliage and 'plant' them around your space. Grab a few maps, animal posters and safari items (binoculars, safari hats, goggles) and place them around your party space. Green streamers finish off the jungle look. For a cake, cover a sheet cake with green icing, and place plastic animal creatures all over it, like a real jungle scene. The kids will be fighting over what piece they get, so make sure to have lots of different animals available! The rest of the food can either be animal shaped, or animal named, depending on your personal preferences. Sandwiches cut into fish shapes, animal crackers and 'jungle juice' (pop and juice mixed together) are all great ideas. As an art project, you can either have party goers create their own jungle scene using Playdoh for animal creation, and construction paper for a jungle backdrop. Alternatively, provide everyone with lots of paper, scissors, crayons, felts, feathers and 'jewels' to make their own king of the jungle crown, or animal masks. Finally, goodie bags can be stuffed full with animal treats (gummy bears or worms), toy animals, noise makers and/or unique musical instruments, a pass to the local zoo, and maps of Madagascar.
